※ To prevent confusion among UST faculty and students, the different degree conferral review systems based on admission periods will be unified and implemented starting from the Spring 2025 academic year. Please check the announcement thoroughly

1. Eligibility
- Doctoral and Integrated students
2. Schedule: 4 March 2025 ~ 4 April 2025
3. Documents to be submitted
- School Coordinator: Please submit the Qualifying Exam Result(박사자격시험 평가결과서) to the school coordinator in person(Do not submit the documents directly to the UST Educational Affairs division)
- UST Portal: Doupload in UST Portal: Please upload the Research Performance Report(연구 수행 보고서), Evaluation forms by committee(위원별 평가서), [Outside member only] Proof of employment(재직증명서), (Outside member only) Consent form for collection/use/provision of personal information(개인정보활용동의서)
