This is Student Affairs Team.

 

We inform you of the changes made by the amendment to the National Health Insurance Act.

 

about students who do not have a labor contract

 

Students with D-2 and D-4 visas will not be eligible for the self-employed insured from July 16, 2019 to Feb. 28, 2021.(However, it can be the employee insured when you sign labor contract.)

 

If you want to be a self-employed insured, please visit the National Health Insurance Service branch(office) by July 15 2019.

The UST main office will maintain disease insurance for foreign students without National Health Insurance.

 

And remember that foreign student have to be the employee insured or the self-employed insurer February 28, 2021.
