Within Data Science, one of the concentrations, students extract information from a huge amounts of data through data mining, visualization, machine learning, and AI, and research informatization and infrastructure technologies to identify countermeasures and predict changes based on such information. In HPC Science, another concentration of Data & High Performance Computing Science, students research computational science in nano and bio fields, supercomputer development, cloud technologies, exascale computing development and operation technologies, ultra high performance research network based <br />petascale transmission technologies, AI platform technologies, next generation security control technologies, and quantum cryptography and communications technologies.
