소개

식품생명공학 전공은 식품학, 분자생물학, 식품미생물학, ICT 등 융합기술을 기반으로 국민건강증진과 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 식품분야 미래핵심원천기술 전문 인력의 양성을 목표로 한다. 본 전공은 건강항상성 유지를 위한 식품의 체내작용기전 연구, 식품의 가공 및 소재화연구, 식품안전연구, ICT 활용 식품품질 및 안전성 평가를 위한 계측기술 등을 다루는 세부분야로 구성되며 각 분야에 대한 현장중심 교육을 실시하고 있다.
